wolfman42793,

Your television is in the "demo" mode.

You may have to run the plug and play option again, but first, press and hold the MENU button down for 15 seconds to see if that causes the demo mode to go away.

If not, follow these directions:

Go to the tuner input "TV".

Then press MENU > SETUP > Plug and Play + [Enter]

After you go through the initial setup, press HOME Mode rather than STORE mode.

Does that help?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
