I was under the impression the settings were stock but later they found the setting. That's not a stock setting so I didn't suspect they had turned it off.

can anyone tell me how to get voice alerts on incoming calls and texts. IE: when anyone called or text me I used to get a voice telling me who was calling but know it as stopped doing this. its a nice feature of this phone but I can't find out how to turn it back on.
