Samsung LN60c630 jerky picture

We purchased a 60 inch Samsung from BB. They installed and set it up. It has a great picture for HDTV, but for standard channels and content, the picture is jerky. When people walk it looks like frames are missing. I changed my cable box, but that did not help. Does anyone know how I need to calibrate the set to eliminate this problem?
