I just bought the above model a week ago and have been going crazy trying to get the screen to display the 120hz buy using the info button.
I have it turned on in the menu but it always says 60hz. I am using the samsung BD-P3600 blu ray player with a blu ray movie and have gone through the menu, picture options on page 16 which states "auto motion plus SMOOTH sets auto motion plus 120hz to maximum", But still it always displays no higher than 60hz.
Is it running without a notification on the screen? on another note I can't see the p when 1080 is displayed either with the blu ray player...sorry to ramble on....Thanks in advance

I hope I'm not looking for something that should'nt be there cause I love the tv and blu ray player. Cheers

The 60Hz in the info is the input to the TV which will always be 60Hz unless viewing a bluray at 24p (24Hz) or using the TV as a monitor for your PC and changing the input refresh rate.

Using the 120Hz Samsung feature is all post processing and it simulates the effect, although I wouldn't recommend using the SMOOTH setting as it is way too much.
