You know to check fuses. I see one in there.

If you can't identify a fuse, I fear you are in deep waters. What's next? If you are an electronics tech you know to get the service manual. Many are over at samsungparts.com

One of my coworkers is, I will have him take a look. Hell, he carries a soldering iron with him in normal life.
