hvyw8,
The power cycling would be internal, and should probably be inspected by a technician. If the television is still in its exchange timeframe, you might want to get a new one from the retailer.
If not, you can call 800-SAMSUNG and someone will come out and inspect and replace the necessary parts under warranty.

I just purchased a Samsung: LN52A650 and a BD P4600 BluRay player for the first 3 days it worked fine and then I signed up for Netflix and Pandora and started to have issues after I started to use the player more. At first it was just the when the BluRay was on the TV would power cycle, so I unplugged the BluRay. A day later the TV started to power cycle on its own and then I could use the BluRay remote on the TV and it worked fine for a day. Now no matter which remote I use or if the BluRay is powered or unplugged the TV continues to power cycle. If I act like a mindless child and push remote buttons randomly it seems to stop on occasions and then leave the TV on for the rest of the day. The way I know I have successfully locked the power cycle on is when the channel is no longer displayed in the upper left hand corner. If the channel pops up after about 10 seconds, I have about 30 seconds to lock the power in or it starts a new power cycle. Any help would be appreciated.
