Samsung LN46A650 ghosting and picture stretching

Feb 12, 2009 4:44AM PST

There is ghosting with my vcr and dvd player. I can see it more on the text menu screens, so I suspect it has nothing to do with the programs. There is no cable signal going to them. I've used coaxial cables, rca, s-video and component cables with same result. (There's also on some cable programs even after upgrading to a hdmi cable, though I'm sure it's the source.)

Also with HD 16:9 programs set at 16:9, and 4:3 ratio TV shows set at Wide Fit. Whenever the camera pans like to the left, an object stretches on 1/3 part of the screen and goes back to normal. Pans to the right, objects stretch on 2/3 of the screen. Motion and picture is not jerky or blurred. It happens regardless of the AMP settings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Love the tv!! Can't wait to get blu-ray hooked up!!
