youngtech,
Welcome to the forum.
Usually if those issues are happening only on certain channels and no other inputs, it's likely part of the signal coming into the television, and usually not anything the television itself is doing. If this is happening on other inputs, or all channels, only then would that symptom indicate that it was an internal TV issue.
Hope that helps!

I purchased a samsung LN46A650 about a month ago. I have a moxi box hooked up to my television through Charter. When I first bought the tv I used a HDMI to DVI cord because the moxi box didn't have an HDMI outlet. So I noticed on certain channels there were faint vertical lines going down the screen. Sometimes it would be in the center of the screen sometimes towards the left. It wasn't on any HD channels, just the regular channels, and only certain ones. I replaced the HDMI to DVI with the cords that came with the moxi box. But every now and then I will see that line. Did I do something to the picture, is my television defective, or is it the signal of those particular channels. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
