I have two of these TVs at two different locations. One on Time Warner was able to connect to the Internet w/o any problems. However, the one that uses Cox Cable is not able to connect to the Internet. I know the port on the wall and the Ethernet cable is OK because a laptop accesses the Internet using that port & cable. Afer trying everything I could think of, I called Cox Cable. They said they do not support Internet TVs, and transferred me to Samsung tech support. Samsung says that since when the Network Test is run the MAC and DNS settings check out OK, but the Gateway test is a no-go, that Cox is the problem, most likely the cable modem. Called Cox back and two different reps said again that they do not support Internet TVs. Fianlly, a supervisor tried to help w/o success. He says he will contact their IT Dept. and get back to me. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
