Samsung LN40B630 vs. UN40B6000

Both of these units I am interested in getting. I love the LED concept but wonder if it's just too new to invest in. The 630 seems sturdier than the 6000, bit I'm sure it produces more heat and consumes a tad more energy. Are the heat and energy differentials significant at all? What unit would be better for standard definition viewing? At this moment I am going back and forth over these two sets and it could come down to a coin flip or my mood when I am about to make my purchase at Best Buy.
