Samsung - LN-T4642H

Is there an upgrade to add the PIP feature to this Tv Model. I was told where I bought it that it is possible...

Please advise.

You already have the Picture-In-Picture feature.

Using the remote:

Menu > Setup > PIP

This is also on page 30 of your owner's manual, and has some more detailed instructions and pictures to help you.

It appears gray on the menu. The complete Model is LN-T4642HX/XAA. does this Model have teh PIP I called teh store I bought it from but they told me that I needed and update.

I currently have comnnected several inputs...Video, DVD, satellite, and regular cable...

Please advise.

The picture in picture feature works with one picture using the analog tuner, and one using the digital tuner. If you're not using both tuners, then the PIP feature will be greyed out.

huh? i am having the same problem with my samsung lcd tv. how do you use both analog AND digital signals?
