I guess the newer techs need to hear/read this.
There's another issue. If the owner didn't get it serviced right away that issue can cause other boards to fail. The costs climbs as you replace power and other boards.
I have an older 2006 vintage Samsung 52" LCD that I've replaced all the problematic caps on. Three were swollen but I replaced all of them (9 total). The relay cycles every three minutes. It will attempt to power on, you hear a relay click, the blue LED power indicator flashes 3 or 4 times and the relay clicks off. This process repeats for ever until I pull the power. This is the same problem before replacing the caps. The fan is always on and there is green LED on the main logic board always lit. Any suggestions> Thanks!
