3 days past extended warranty... bad mother board 400. 00 repair .warranty company will do nothing.contacted samsung executive customer relations explained situation and said he will make it right. Sent all documentation to bill of sales verification dept.Called ECR back after repair to at least pay for part . THEY refused to even discuss my previous call. DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... THEY REFUSE TO BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS>>>
