3 days past extended warranty... bad mother board 400. 00 repair .warranty company will do nothing.contacted samsung executive customer relations explained situation and said he will make it right. Sent all documentation to bill of sales verification dept.Called ECR back after repair to at least pay for part . THEY refused to even discuss my previous call. DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... THEY REFUSE TO BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS>>>

I looked over the history of your contacts. Everything appears to have been handled properly. Your extended warranty that you bought from Amazon simply expired. I'm realize that you're very disappointed by this, and I understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, there is nothing that I can do for you.
