Samsung lies

Aug 5, 2018 5:42PM PDT

I purchased a new phone (S9) directly with Samsung and they needed my old one (S7) for a credit. My phone was is perfect condition. Passed every question on the credit requirements. Hold a charge, check. Not a broken screen, check. Everything works, check. Reset, check. Sent it to them and when they received it they claimed the screen was broken and it wouldn't charge!!!! I sent it back with a full battery and it was ALWAYS in a case. The only time it was removed from the case was to send it to Samsung. I called to complain and they wanted proof that it wasn't broke. They had my phone and couldn't prove that it was! They STOLE ALL OF MY CREDIT toward my perfectly working phone. I recommend if you're in the market for a phone, don't expect ANYTHING for your old phone. I would have donated to help a Veteran if I knew they were just going to STEAL it!!! One of the most crooked companies I have dealt with.
