Samsung LED UA40B700WR

i bought this TV couple moths ago, and today i changed the country to Singapore and selected the auto store option for my satellite, then the TV shut it self down and kept on restarting on and off for 15 second duration, the screen is black and nothing appears, i hear a small "click" sound every time the TV turns ON or OFF.

any ideas, thanks.

no but i could not find my country, so i choose the closest one to it.

i have contacted the local Samsung maintenance company and they send a tech 4 days ago but he said the TV needs new software, so he left and never came back!! each time i call they say the company didn't send the the software, and my TV is still broken.

please advise who should i contact since no one is helping me here.

regards

mabulhija,

I don't have any ability to assist with service outside of the U.S. The best I can suggest is to call back the Samsung customer service center and explain that your service technician hasn't been able to help. In some cases - if available - they may assign you to someone else, or contact your current tech to inquire.
