Samsung LED TV very bad experience

I had purchased Samsung 47" LED tv 2.5 years back in Bangalore, India. 2 months the picture tube is not functioning and the feedback from the service engineer is that the typical life of Samsung LED picture tube is 10 yrs and is unsure why my tv picture tube is damaged. The cost to replace the picture tube is Rs 42,000 (for this price new TV are available). I had written to Samsung CEO id with no luck. After being a Samsung fan for many years (fridge, washing machines and smart phones), this experience has shaken my faith in Samsung. This is a typical example of product failure impacting brand loyalty
