by bhanu1001 / October 29, 2013 4:28 AM PDT

My led tv screen went blank but sound is still working fine.
I asked a technician to check and he took the motherboard and power supply to check but didnt get success.
I again check Tv after fitting all the parts and now blue screen comes and after few seconds screen starts getting black.

I dont know what to do with this now.

It is Samsung led tv 40" HD (3D).

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Actually I bought it in Singapore but eventually moved back to India now.
I really cant figure it out that what exactly is the problem.
I called Samsung guy and without even checking the TV, he asked to replace the panel which I declined to do.

Since backlight is working fine, I doubt it is specifically panel problem(kindly correct me if I am wrong).
