First you can try and discharging the tv by unplugging it and holding the power button for 60 seconds.
If this doesn't work turn the tv on and take a hair dryer to the back of the tv back and forth warming it up and seeing if the picture comes back on. This can take quite awhile.
Worse comes to worse, find the model number and order the power cord that is meant for the tv and see if that works.
I have a Samsung smart tv model UN32EH4003fxza version td05. I had it put up for two years however when I got it out of storage and turned it on it makes the chime signaling a power up but no picture comes on. The red standby light turns on and starts blinking. The power supply cord I have also is not the original cord. I opened the back panel and inspected the power board for blown capacitors which there was none. The main board looks like there is no issue as well as power board I/e no burnt smell or discoloring or disfiguring. Any help would be appreciated
