Question

Samsung LED TV suddenly no sound from any input

Dec 7, 2012 9:31PM PST

I have Samsung 37 LED TV (UE37C6000RKXXU) and all of a sudden no sound from any input device (Virgin TIVO, DVD, Wii or even play a movie clip via USB stick). It worked fine and is now JUST outside the warranty period. I have nothing on headphone output either.

Any suggestions ? Searching the internet this seems to be a common problem.

In the USA you usually get 3 more months warranty if you register a HDTV. I don't see if you tried that.

Hi markinkent,

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Netherlands. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung Netherlands portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/nl/support/model/UE37C6000RWXXN

Hope this helps you!
