Question

Samsung LED TV pixel issue??

by mgd_414 / October 11, 2011 2:03 PM PDT

I have a 46" Samsung LED TV ( UN46D6400UF ) that I have had now for almost 4 months. In the past 2 weeks I have noticed very thin horizontal lines going all the way across the screen, whether it be standard or HD. The only picture adjustment I did out of the box was increase the sharpness but I did that months ago. I also have the TV going through my receiver but I disconnected from the receiver and even the cable box to try and narrow down the issue, and it appears that it's the TV. With a snowy screen I can still make out the lines.

Anyone have any ideas? Is this a calibration issue or is there a problem with the pixels? The TV is awesome except for those lines that have appeared.

Thanks!
