I bought my Samsung smart tv model UN50H6201AF last than 2 years ago , it was manufactured in October 2014, the image simple disappeared , still has sound, I called Samsung and they did nothing for me cause the warranty had expired . I started doing some researches online and I did all testes possibles and I was hoping the problem was the T-con board as others suggested , I bought the T-con board and all the other 2 boards for it. Still the Tv won't have picture.
After all my researches I'm amazed how many costumers complaining about the same problem,
I always thought Samsung had the best Tvs , now i'm just very disappointed and never buying a Samsung again.
I have a new Samsung LED TV model UN60F6300AFXZA. Have only had it a week. It is connected to my DirecTV DVR via HDMI. A few times after first turning it on, the picture will be on for a second and then go black but sound will continue. Changing to a different channel will cause the same thing to happen. Eventually it will stop. Seems like something related to initially starting up after being off for a while. Anyone have similar experience? Should I return it to the store while I still can?
