I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your television.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to prior firwmare updates. If a firmware update caused the issue, you might try calling the Samsung customer service center in your region to see if they can assist.
Hi there - hope there is someone with technical skills who can help me with this problem ...
I am the owner of a Samsung LED TV - Model 8705 - it has a built-in satellite receiver .. After I upgraded the firmware from T-VALDEUC_2002.0 to last T-VALDEUC-2003.0 (downloaded from the samsung support site) - I have started to receive error messages projection often - several times each day / evening.
Is that "TV can not connect with a satellite decoder - cam module"
To get rid of this error I have to take out the cam module and turn the television off and on. As usual satellite tv again to view the image ....
Have NEVER experienced this before I upgraded to the T-VALDEUC-2003.0
So the big question, is it possible to downgrade to previous firmware that worked well here??
Hoping for quick reply, then I'm afraid things I put on record, etc. will not be admitted because there is communication failure between the cam module and decoder in the television
