samsung led screen internal crack denaid to provide warranty

LED TV FAILED UNDER WARRENTY SL NO-0AA53PBJ800575K.
Kindly note that, one Samsung LED TV Product model no: UA43M5100ARLXL and Serial no: 0AA53PBJ800575K was Purchased on dated 12/10/2017 from M/s Naresh Trading, Korba Chhattisgarh. On dated 14th July 2018, the LED screen of the TV became black also noticed left lower side corner of the TV was too hot and swelled. Suspected internal component failure.
Raised a service complain ref no 4264898581 on dated 14/07/2018 for necessary inspection Service engineer from Samsung has attended the complaint on 16th July 2018 .Improper inspection was done by Service Engineer and ignored the actual problem and a false report was generated by stating damaged physically and cancelled the warranty replacement. In spite of several request Samsung engineer has not inspected LED screen and ignored the problem at left lower side corner of the TV which was too hot and swelled.
I requested Samsung for service revisit via service order no -4264846882 and also asked to share the detailed failure report but unfortunately Samsung has ignored my request and revisit was not done and didn’t share the detailed failure report to me .Samsung has cancelled warranty by stating physical damage and proposed 25% discount on repair charge.
I am really surprised since, the failure has happened due to some internal failure of spares and without any proper inspection how come they consider to cancel the warranty.
I am very much disappointed by the aftersales support, behaviours of service engineers and attitude of the customer representative with a loyal customer. I have lost faith on Samsung products
