by sideeque786 / June 25, 2012 10:49 AM PDT

I have brought below model TV from walmart in Dec 2009

Samsung 40'' Class 60Hz 1080p LCD HDTV, LN40B500.

It was fine till yesterday. Today onwards it started changing channel automatically and changing mod automatically, etc.

It's in a situation could not watch TV.

How do I get it fixed? I stay around Washington DC. Can I get replaced? Is there any tips to fix this?

Created service request
by sideeque786 / June 26, 2012 4:43 AM PDT

Thanks for the response. As you mentioned, I have created service request(by calling 1800Samsung) and scheduled for service person visit on Friday with diagnosis charge $60.

What are the other possible expense or parts needs to be replaced?

If the expense grows high, I feel better buy new TV than just repairing. Please advice.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
