Not enough information to diagnose.

I'm sorry, but I can't diagnose this without a little more information. Are you hooking it up to a cable box? Satellite box? Does the snow happen on all the inputs? Can you watch a DVD movie?

Snow on TV
by jcbcompu / October 26, 2008 9:54 AM PDT

Im sorry but I thought I had mentioned in my first email that I had disconnected everything from the TV, including cable etc. When I turn on the TV the image with the snow comes on right away so I doubt the problem is one of the input.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
The TV is hooked up to a cable, no box.

Toggle the Tuner?

Well, if it's not the analog tuner, I'm not sure what exactly that might be.

Go into your settings and see if you can switch from the analog tuner to the digital tuner.

However, if your TV worked before and now all you get is snow regardless of which input you select, I'd definitely recommend a call to our service center.

I have the same problem with my LN-S3241D. I can see a picture through the snow, it happens on all inputs and the menu. I've swapped the tcon and the main board. All power is clean. Looks like a bad panel.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
