the TV will not come on either using the power button on TV or power button on remote. unplugged for one minute trying to reset but did not work

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

Unfortunately, I don't have any troubleshooting if the panel won't power on.

I'd recommend calling 800-SAMSUNG and see if they can troubleshoot the unit or set it up for repair.
