I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.
You may want to take a picture of the problem and either call or email the Samsung customer service center in your region. Unfortunately, I don't have any access to the service department outside of the U.S.
If this is happening on all inputs, it's likely the TV. If it's just happening on one input, check your device or cable.

My tv (LA32B650T1F) has developed a shadow covering the top third of the screen. At first it would go away after about 10 mins. Now it is permanant. The TV is about 2 months out of warranty.
Any clues????? Or Advice?
