AnyNet+ is designed to not only power on the other AnyNet enabled units, but switch to the appropriate input when the unit is in use.
Timmietime,
In essence, that's what AnyNet+ is designed to do - switch components that are in use to the appropriate input. There is a way around that.
You may want to disable Anynet on both the television and the Samsung Home Theater system. Doing so, however, means that you'll lose the other features.
Perhaps just turning AnyNet+ off on the Home Theater system (just one of the two devices) when you want to play CD's or iPod music during game play would make it easier to enable it when you want those features back.
Keep me posted!

I have a Samsung LN46A650 and a Samsung Home Theater system. I also have a PS3 gaming console connected. The issue is when the PS3 console is running and I try to play a CD or use the iPod doc through the home theater system the receiver takes over the TV. I can listen through the tuner with the game or TV still with the others I lose the ability to watch or use the TV.
Is the solution as simple as disconnecting the automatic connection of Anynet? I use separate remote for each so would this solve my problem?
