There's not much I can do at this point, except forward this up to our ECR Department. I don't know what options are available in this situation, but do you have any record of the past transaction on your set, like a transaction number that would allow someone to look your account up?
SS LNT 4071F. Had panel and or set replaced 4 times already. once already for this issue. just left of center screen is a softball size cloud-like dim spot. Extremely noticeable in light backgrounds and fast moving scenes (IE Hockey games). I am a US Air Force member stationed in Okinawa Japan and therefor don't have a "valid" warranty. But here I am again. Same exact problem that Samsung replaced the panel for (at 80% cost of the set...lol). I run the TV using various inputs and always on Dynamic mode. 120hz on med or low. Anything I can do here? Firmware or otherwise. Will Samsung help me? I am so upset I LOVE Samsung sets. I LOVE this set. Please help!! Thanks!
