aangelo20,

I would suggest calling 800-SAMSUNG back, let them know that you called before and the problem persists, and have them set up a service for your television.

i Purchased a Samsung Led Tv on 26/12/09 i've not had it that long and it switches it self off and then i have to switch it off and on from the mains. in order to get it to come back on .

I Have had the engineers come out and they have replaced the panel where the buttons are . but no good it still does the same thing but samsung are not really quick in answering the phone you get put on hold for a long time .

the engineer also said that it might be the remote i took the batteries out of the remote still did the same thing its so anoying.

Samsung LED series 8 TV turning off and on at random

I have the same issue, I have a UE46B8000 and it keeps on turning off and then on and you here what sounds like a power relay drop and pick up when it does this. I contacted Samsung and they told me to turn the auto update facility off, which I did and this has still not resolved the problem, now they are telling me to upgrade to the latest firmware, but I have my doubts on whether this will do anything as I believe this is an issue with Samsung TVs and they do not know what the issue is themselves. I'll post any progress, but very disappointing.
