Samsung LCD 32" not switching on - Red power Ind not glowing

Hi,
I purchased this TV one and half yrs back and Im starting to get too many problem. I already had a problem with display during warranty period and the service person had changed the display itself in 6 months.

Now after 8 months Im again having problem now that the TV is not switcing ON itself, neither that the red color power indicator glows. I checked the power and everything seems ok. The only issue is with the TV.. I also have another problem that when the TV was working fine , it was going on and off automatically ,.. Im not sure why such things are happening.. Samsung LCD TV is disappointing though I had bought this for 37,00 Rs .. My 3 months salry has been ripped off..
