Samsung k6000 pairing logitech k400 plus keyboard

My samsung k6000 is not detecting logitech k 400 plus keyboard.
Need help to fix the issue.

I've yet to pair the k400 plus to any device. I just plug in the USB dongle to the TV, PC or such and it works. No pairing required.

Not pairing any bluetooth device

When i scan bluetooth device. It says no device found ... it goes for all bluetooth device. Changed some settings in the hidden menu to make keyboard work but still doea not detect any bluetooth device.

The k400 plus is not Bluetooth.

So it won't pair. My k400 plus came with a dongle that I plug into the laptop, TV or such to use it.
