Just call it in and let Samsung work it.
To help Sam along, be sure they have you check firmware versions, resets and the old date/time setting. If that fails they have a choice to repair or replace.
I got my Samsung j5900 bluray player in August. It has worked fine until now. Over the weekend I noticed that my remote would become randomly unresponsive. I changed the batteries thinking that was the problem, but it wasn't. The only way I could get the remote to work again was to restart the blu ray player. A couple of days later, when I tried to connect to Netflix or Amazon Video I would get a message saying that my device wasn't connected to the internet. I reset the router but that didn't help. Connection test says blu ray player is connected. All of my other devices work fine. I also tried restoring my blu ray player to the factory settings but that didn't help either. Now whenever I try to open Netflix or Amazon Video, my blu Ray player will open the app but restart to the Home screen a few seconds later. All other apps work fine. Any suggestions?
