Samsung J5200 LED - On-Off Issue

I had bought new Smasung J5200 LED television before 6 months. I don't why It's suddenly do on-off automatically after every 2 minutes. Can somebody inform me How can I solve this problem.

Back to the shop or Samsung to have it repaired under warranty.

Hello, Anitadig01.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble! There are a couple of things that you can check.


1. Please make sure firmware is completely up to date.

2. Please check your external devices for CEC options make sure those are turned off, as it could be the external device using the Anynet + feature to power the television on or off.

3. If the above doesn't work, I would recommend a factory reset next.

4. Please make sure the unit is plugged directly into the wall outlet.

My same tv started the flashing backlights last Sunday, ordered a power supply board, Figuired it was a power issue, but that didn't fix anything. Did you get it Figuired out?

I tried all things and finally one of Technicians changed the whole motherboard with another company and now It's working fine without any trouble..
