I totally feel you.
I bought a pair of Samsung Washer Dryer in June 2014 from The Brick store in Canada, and it has been nothing but a trouble. I made couple of calls to bricks initially after few months as both the units had problem. They kept sending a technician who after few visits fixed my dryer but changed many parts on washer and wasn't able to fix that. So until 2015 March I was told by the technician that he tried everything he could to fix the washer but cant understand the problem and that I should call Samsung and ask for a replacement. I called Samsung in April 2015 and tried to explain my miseries and also confirmed that my one year manufacturers warranty is about to get over in June so better have some resolutions before that. So I was told that "Don't worry about the one year warranty as the problem has been there before that and hasn't been resolved."
So after trying to call them for couple of times again for any resolutions they started telling me after my warranty was over that I cant get any replacements as its been over One year and that I should call back the third party service office to fix the problem again. I tried doing so but its nov 2015 now and I am still unable to get clean clothes. I had nothing but trouble with Samsung and their attitude is really unbelievable.
Today the ECR guy told me that they cant do anything at all and that I am on my own.
That was really bull-****.
Really feeling like cheated.
