Question

Samsung IR light flashing

I have a Samsung H7150 65in TV, the other day I saw the IR light flashing and all remotes stopped controlling the tv as if it were receiving signal from somewhere else. I removed batteries from all remotes in my house, light still flashing. Attempting to use on TV controls they are unresponsive as well. Removed all HDMI and USB connections problem persists. Has anyone experienced this and how were you able to resolve? This TV is barley over a year old purchased brand new out the store at the end of 2014.

Yes I have, for whatever reason it keeps scrolling to the right, it also turns the volume down, and I am unable to turn it up. I will try the email address you provided.
