Samsung intelli-studio not installing

i just got a new samsung st76 camera , i plug it into my laptop and pressed on and it asked me if i want to download it so i pressed yes 30 minutes later its still on 0% i've restarted it a bunch of times , please help

Hi ehohel,

You can try a reset on the camera. You can do that by taking out the batteries. Also, what kind of computer are you trying to install this on?
