New 3.1 Soundbar bought at Best Buy. Soundbar works great hooked up to me Sony TV using audio light connection. Issue is using blue tooth with either a smart phone or tablet. Audio cuts out and becomes intermittent when moving the device, walking in front of the device or using the device at the same time. Samsung support tells me to ship it back for maintenance as they cannot figure it out. Won't do that as it works fine with tv. Any suggestions or new firmware to fix this? I cannot be the only one with this problem.
