Hit the product manual and look for any and all "reset" options. If that fails, check your purchase date and hope you can get a warranty repair.

Please help me friends. I bought my Home theatre Model HT-F4550 in south Africa in 2014 but now its giving me this problem: Once I insert the disc, it doesn't eject until I switch off and on after 24hrs. Secondary once CD in, it gives me the message "STOP" and no button works either manually or on remote, only Power button works. I need your assistance. Thank you
