SAMSUNG HT-D6500W's FM tuner only in MONO not STEREO

by pydk / August 10, 2011 2:43 PM PDT

I recently bought a SAMSUNG HT-D6500W Home Theater System and found that FM sound was Mono and not in STEREO. I contacted SAMSUNG C/S and they recommend I replace the system. I
replaced a brand new system but it too had the same problem. Sound is MONO when I press STEREO/MONO button on the remote control even though the indicator changed to STEREO and MONO, but sound didn't changed. I have an Onkyo FM Tuner and hooked up AUX port onto HT-D6500W system and it worked great.

If you owned SAMSUNG HT-D5500,HT-6500DW and HT-D6730 Home Theater System, Please, Test FM sound in 2.1 STEREO mode.

I called the Samsung C/S many many times (for a month) wanting to talk with a SAMSUNG specialist about this problem, but each time they told me that a specialist will contact me but they didn't. I am still waiting for a call back!

Does anyone have the same system with the same problem?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
