Question

Samsung HT-D4600 5.1CH Blu-ray will not play any discs

by mmoore200 / December 22, 2012 9:46 AM PST

I have a Samsung HT-D4600 5.1CH Blu-ray Home Entertainment System, it will not play any discs. ( including CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays ) The draw stays open and when try to load a disc or just try to close the draw, the draw closes then a message comes up on screen saying " Disc unable to be read " then the draw automatically opens.
Since it started doing this I have not been able to use the machine at all. As soon as I put the it on to FM or just TV the draw closes then brings up the previous mentioned message then opens the draw again.
Does anyone know what may be causing this and what can be done to fix it?

All it would take is a dust speck in the wrong spot.

But as you imagine it's not in the book how to deal with that. Try google and call in to get a price on service.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
