Samsung HT-C6500 lip sync problems.

Okay, so i bought a lg lbh 335 blu ray home theater in a box, and noticed the lip sync problem with that. i couldnt stand it so i returned it to bestbuy and noticed that samsung had new blu ray home theaters in a box. So i spend a few 100 dollars more and purchased the ht-c6500. Its an awsome player and has so many internet aps. Thing is, no matter what, blu ray, dvd, vudu, youtube, netflix are all of from the video, just a little bit though. Defualt a/v sync setting came at 50 mms, i think thats how its put. so i changed it to 0 mms and its still off. but worse off when i change it to 25, 50 and so on. I really love this system, but this a/v sync problems is bugging me big time. So i contaced samsung and they say no firmware upgrade is out yet, as it is new. My 30 day return policy with bestbuy will be up in 2 weeks. So do firmware upgrades really fix this issue of lip sync, or is it something more than a software upgrade? i exchanged my first ht-c6500, i thought i t was a lemon and got another, but same problem exists. i have it connected through a hdmi straight to tv. when i turn the blu ray speakers off, and the tv speakers on through the settings in the blue ray player, the problem still exsits. so does the firmware updates really fix this problem. tell me your take on this, and whatever brand you've had with lip sync issues, if their new firmware upgrade did help? thanks
