You didn't reveal the exact XBox HDMI connection but reading http://www.samsung.com/ca/consumer/tv-video/home-entertainment/home-entertainment-systems/HT-C5530/XAC I see no HDMI input to the HT.

So this means that from the TV to the HT we expect stereo. Some HT's have a matrix sound mode but you would check the manual for that.

To get 5.1 sound from the XBox here's a link showing optical from the XBox 360 to a HT.
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/connections/connect-sound-system

"

Leave the HDMI cable connected to your TV for video.
Connect one end of the digital audio cable to the S/PDIF (optical audio) port on the console.
Connect the other end of the digital audio cable to the digital audio input on your receiver.

The xbox only has a HDMI socket, so would that adaptor for optical socket make my cinema sound work on xbox?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
