This 2009 model was pricey enough to warrant repair. I'd hit Samsung.com to set that up and get an estimate.

I know others have had sound issues, but I haven't seen a complaint that matches mine exactly.
My Samsung HT-BD3252 is around five years old, and recently (~1 year?) started having the annoying issue of sound cutting out one speaker at lower volumes. This has happened on both left and right speakers.
To fix it, I turn up the volume to 18 or higher, then the sound kicks in. I can then return to a lower volume with no issues for a few minutes until it invariably happens again.
Although I have the volume issue with TV and my Xbox, I also have it when using Pandora through the BD3252 itself.
Any ideas? The fact that the sound pops back on when I hit a level of 18 makes me think it's electrical.
