I have had many problems with the system and have not received a creditable answer from Samsung about anything. I have called for assistance 7 times and they know less about the product than I do. I have figured most of it out and now most everything is working. One problem that is bugging me is I cannot stream from my PC. I can find my PC on the network but when I click on the Icon it wants a user name and Password I input a user name and then it wants a password and no mater what I enter it tells me that the username and or password is wrong, I have no password for my computer so I set one up to give it a try and no luck. I am running windows 7 and this should be a simple procedure. Has anyone been able to figure this out?? I am able to go to utube etc without a problem. I see this problem in other forums not no solutions.

You may need to create an account on your PC WITH A PASSWORD; have encountered other devices/software like that that expect a password, and won't respond unless you enter one -- a valid one, of course.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
