I spoke yo samsung about my HL 6756W TV and was told to contact J&J international,who said that they were busy and to call back in an hour. I got the same message again.If I could just get the DLP chip free I would be happy to install it myself as I live seventy-five km from the nearest town.I have eight samsung products and would buy more in the future but if this recent experiance is the standard that they treat customers I ther will be no more samsung products purchased here
I PURCHASED THIS TV APPROX 4 1/2 YRS AGO, IT HAS BEEN WONDERFULL,not a problem , but recently I replace the bulb, and it returned to new..but within the last couple of weeks, im noticing white dots on my screen.
so from my reading im guessing my dlp chip is starting to go out. now I paid 3000.00 for this tv and only 4 yrs the tv is going bad...... this isn't right, this tv should last me for years, that's why I bought a Samsung tv because they are the best....I know other people have had the same issues. what can I do, will Samsung stand up and do the right thing or just let me hang... please help, I don't have the money to replace chip,, any help will be appreciated..
