Question

Feb 7, 2015 11:10AM PST

Using the remote source button I am having no luck moving to the HDMI. I can only access the atv, and catv settings. Is there something I am missing?

Thanks for your message! But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Canada. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung Canada portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/HLR4264WX/XAC

Hope this helps you!

Answer
The manual does state this.

"Please check if the power of
HDMI source is on, in case that
you fail to select HDMI from the
"Source List" even after you
connected the cable of HDMI
source (DTV Set-Top Box, DVD,
etc.) to TV."

It appears if there is no signal on the HDMI, you can't move to it.
