Is anyone fighting with Samsung replacement and exchange department, Do you believe they want to charge me a replacement fee for this television after there own exchange department told me Samsung is aware of the defect but since my warranty has expired I must pay a replacement fee. I disagree because I purchased this Samsung television on good faith and paid over $1000 in cash, but it seems that Samsung doesn't believed in standing behind there product, they seem to be in the business of selling defective products and we the consumer have to fight for our rights.
