Question

Samsung he w751 soundbar

Oct 9, 2015 8:43AM PDT

Pls help, I have the Samsung sound bar he h751 and the hub 250 and two m3's as surround. Is there anyway for the wireless app to remember my surround settings (not grouping) have to re connect surround every time I turn on tv or get out of the app on phone/iPad? So annoying apparently sound connect on series 6 Samsung televisions is a fix?

In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG to call and ask this for a fast answer. If this is a deal breaker be sure to return it fast.

That's sad to read.

But I don't see where changing the TV will help the setup remember. Maybe this should be a classic wired surround setup? I don't know your setup but I find a lot of folk clamoring for wireless and well, the new gear isn't quite there.

Should have gone with sonos, I have the hub (250) & you press add speaker which I did and it's all supposed to work off the Samsung wireless app. I just have to reconnect speakers every time I turn tvs on. Very disappointed . Got a bargain though ....whole set up new sound bar , hub, two m3 speakers two m5 speakers and sub for $400 us. Same gear in sonos four times that. Oh well thanks for your help.

Sonos has been at it longer than Sam

Kind of a shocker. Sonos would have died if they pushed up a system that did what the Sam did. It's hard to figure why/how big companies get away with this but there are theories why.

I wonder if a Logitech Hub can help. No, I don't know if that is the answer but it's pretty slick and can "macro" (perform a bunch of actions) needed to change configurations that need it.
