Samsung HDTV 50" plasma picture problem

TV uses cablecard. Peoples faces look like they have a sunburn that is peeling off. Faces aren't one solid color. Noticed it also occured when I played a DVD. It occured on my first unit and is occuring on the second but it doesn't seem to be as bad. Had first unit 30 days and second unit 10 days. Thanks for your help.
